I work with talented professionals and crew members that deliver quality work in a timely and economical fashion.
I conduct site visits in advance, meet with crew members, scout locations, attend casting sessions, arrange for money transfers to location production houses, and approve sundry production details.
Budget Development and Preparation
I develop a production budget with and/or for the client.
I arrange for timely financial milestones and monitor expenditures closely.
I supervise and review financial transactions on location and at home base.
I arrange for and monitor the transfer of funds to location producers for the client.

Casting Process and Talent Selection
I arrange for casting company services.
I attend casting sessions and direct talent whenever possible.
I screen casting tapes and make preliminary selections, presenting client with various options per character.
I monitor the client's special needs and requests such as ethnic background, look and age needs, wardrobe and specific accent requirements.
